Debt Zero was founded by 2 Mortgage Brokers in 2006.  In early 2007 local Mortgage Brokers were contacting us looking for more information on how to start a Debt Settlement Company.  With our long-term background in the Mortgage industry we rolled out a division called XLOS. The main purpose of XLOS was to add a tool to Mortgage Brokers that would allow recapturing on dead leads.  As a XLOS net branch you will not have to service your clients month to month, you originate the deal, set the first payment date, send us the file, and you get paid!
